Sessions and Prices
I have a private clinic space in Church Crookham a few minutes’ drive from Farnham and Farnborough with good connections to Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire via the M3 and A31.
All appointments are completely confidential and conducted in a comfortable, safe and non-judgmental environment.
The first consultation usually takes 1 hour and allows us to get to know each other, discuss what you would like to achieve, and is an opportunity for you to ask any question you may have.
I will explain how the brain works and how simple it can be to change. We will discuss how Solution Focused Hypnotherapy can help you to make these changes.
Hypnosis is not included in this first consultation. A complimentary relaxation audio is provided for you to listen to at home and this will form part of the therapy.
There is generally a gap of one week between the consultation and therapy starting. Each session lasts for approximately 1 hour and is completely tailored to you and your individual needs.
We begin by reviewing how your week has been with an emphasis on what is going well and developing coping strategies. This is followed by hypnosis, which most people find extremely relaxing, and it is designed to consolidate the therapeutic work.
In addition, I offer a 30-minute guided relaxation or mind massage which gives your mind the equivalent of a ‘spa treatment’ helping to improve wellbeing and restore balance.
Payment is due at the end of each session by cash, bank transfer or card payment.

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I do ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. I reserve the right to charge for appointments where less than 24 hours’ notice is provided.
